Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering wine and beer products to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a cargo van or 18-foot box truck to deliver products to customer accounts.
  • Unload products from the vehicle and deliver them to the customer.
  • Check orders with the customer, obtain invoice signatures, and collect payment.
  • Manage paperwork, including invoices, checks, and deposit tickets.
  • Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • 1-2 years of experience driving a cargo van or delivery truck.
  • Ability to lift 50-pound cases and maneuver 150-pound kegs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions

The work environment is primarily in and around the truck and in and out of customer accounts. The employee must be able to tolerate hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and sitting for extended periods. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver 150-pound kegs.
