Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $101,000 and $120,000, depending on productivity. Our compensation model gives you control over your income potential.
Role and Responsibilities
We seek a skilled nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our team in Waterford, Connecticut. You will enjoy a flexible schedule and work with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.
- Provide primary care services to a manageable patient panel
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure seamless transitions of care with other healthcare agencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- An active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Connecticut (RI additional is a plus)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in post-acute care preferred, but not required (training available)
