Position Summary

The Event Services Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Food & Beverage Director by managing all aspects of banquet functions within the Club. This key team member oversees event setups, breakdowns, staffing requirements, and service quality while ensuring adherence to Food & Beverage financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Event Services Manager collaborates closely with the Member Relations Director and the Private Events Director to guarantee that all gatherings are meticulously planned and surpass the expectations of the hosts.

Involvement in the recruitment and training of personnel, as well as in the procurement of supplies, is also a vital part of this role.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

A minimum of three years of experience in a banquet service or supervisory role within a high-end dining environment is required.

A college degree is preferred.

(Internal candidates should possess STAR Service certification. Familiarity with ClubCater, Aloha, and Kronos systems is advantageous.)
