POSITION SUMMARY

This role is pivotal in driving the growth and enhancement of business services and product offerings at Momentum Telecom. The individual will oversee the implementation and onboarding projects of Momentum's hosted VoIP, High Capacity Data, and Video services for small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as government, educational, and healthcare institutions.

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the comprehensive onboarding process for new clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives for a seamless transition to our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the strategic direction for all projects.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies related to sales, contracts, or products.
  • Set project milestones and deadlines.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple voice projects using appropriate systems, metrics, tools, and methodologies.
  • Communicate custom voice feature requirements and provide solutions to project-related challenges.
  • Coordinate with Momentum Field Engineers and Implementation Engineers regarding all facets of project and voice installations.
  • Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients, partners, and sub-agents.
  • Collaborate with other Momentum departments to ensure successful project delivery, including Fulfillment, Billing, Software Engineering, Training, Carrier Relations, and Technical Support.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications is advantageous.
