Material Handling Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handling Sales Professional to join our team at Electric Forklift Repair Corp.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of material handling products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate information related to our material handling products and services.
- Order Management: Process and track customer orders for material handling equipment and accessories, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's material-handling products and services.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, including communications, orders, and service requests.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the material handling, logistics, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks.
- Bilingual Requirements: Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
