Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. As a Therapist for our residential treatment program, you will work closely with clients to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless care
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients
  • Provide therapeutic meal support and model a healthy relationship with food
  • Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client based on their unique circumstances
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
