The Player Progression Academy (PPA) stands as a premier sports organization within the dynamic Washington DC metropolitan area. PPA seeks innovative, passionate, and motivated individuals to become part of our organization. Our success is driven by assembling a team of individuals who resonate with our mission and embody the PPALife philosophy.

*ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DC/MD REGION*

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating one practice session and one game weekly for each team (totaling 2 hours per week)
  • Coaching 1-3 teams throughout the season
  • Leading your team during the end-of-season PPA tournament
  • Maintaining regular communication with team parents
Required Qualifications:
  • Commitment to PPA coaching principles: preparation, education, and instilling PPA Life values
  • Conducting coaching sessions with enthusiasm, enjoyment, and engagement to create unforgettable experiences for athletes
  • Effective communication with PPA staff and parents
  • Collaborative mindset, willing to support as necessary throughout the season
