As a Behavior Consultant/Qualified Behavioral Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the case management of clinical cases. Your responsibilities will include creating individualized treatment plans, leading and mentoring technicians, and exercising discretion in managing client services and supervision of treatment protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans that align with client needs and goals
- Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment
- Collaborate with treatment staff to assist in case management and staff continuing training and development
- Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design and maintain top-quality treatment programs
- Oversee and maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports
- Engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for all relevant treatment techniques
- Prepare and attend client educational meetings such as IEPs and develop treatment recommendations
- Continuously make progress towards gaining board certification as a Behavior Analyst
- Attend required trainings, conferences, and colloquium to remain in compliance with guidelines
- Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders
