    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we receive high-quality products and services.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
    • Use data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, engineering, or operations management.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Education
    • Masters degree in a related field such as business, engineering, or operations management.
  • Specialized Training
    • Certification in quality management, such as CQI or CQE.
