Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize Linux servers to ensure peak performance and security.
  • Design and implement AI models utilizing AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to seamlessly integrate machine learning solutions.
  • Develop and manage containerized applications using AWS Cloud Containerization services (ECS, EKS) and Docker.
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and scaling processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices meticulously.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Linux Engineering role or equivalent.
  • Expertise in deploying and managing AWS AI services and machine learning models.
  • Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly AWS Cloud Containerization services and Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and other container orchestration tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash is beneficial.
