Accentuate Staffing is collaborating with a reputable manufacturing firm seeking a skilled CNC Laser Machinist to enhance their workforce.

This position offers a direct hire opportunity with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 6am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Laser machinery to fabricate precise components and parts.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing machinery to maintain peak performance.
- Keep detailed production records to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.

Quality Assurance:
- Regularly perform quality checks on produced parts to ensure adherence to specifications.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC laser equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with machinery are essential.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints is required.
- Ability to utilize hand and power tools, including drills, taps, and grinders.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is advantageous.
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy tools and equipment (up to 80lbs) is necessary.
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory, while an Associate's degree in machining or completion of apprenticeships is preferred.
