Job Summary

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing SpringWorks' investor-facing and market engagement activities. This includes developing communications for shareholders, driving quantitative and qualitative analyses on market performance, and contributing to various investor relations and capital markets initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with investors and analysts, including preparing IR materials and delivering quarterly earnings reports.
  • Analyze and present consensus to ensure accurate reflection of analysts' research and models.
  • Maintain investor and meeting databases, and contribute to investor targeting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategy and Business Development, Communications, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and R&D teams to support IR specific activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical and/or financial services industry with a focus on investor relations, finance, equity research, or investment banking.
  • Understanding of the biotech industry and general sector dynamics.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, valuation methods, and financial reporting standards.
