Position Overview:
The role of the Coffee Team Associate involves collaborating with fellow team members to efficiently operate all coffee line packaging machinery. This includes managing shipping, receiving, and bulk unloading operations while ensuring safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute all necessary paperwork related to quality assurance, production reporting, and inventory management.
2. Conduct quality checks and maintain compliance with Nestlé's Quality Management System (QMS).
3. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations.
4. Learn and implement good manufacturing practices.
5. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
6. Accurately manage inventory transactions and adhere to established norms.
Additional Duties:
- Monitor inventory consumption and ensure accuracy.
- Complete all associate shipping and receiving documentation.
- Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation.
- Operate and manage line equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot line-related issues.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage along with a sign-on bonus upon successful completion of initial employment requirements.
