Job Title: Custom Applicator Sprayer Operator

Vital Agriculture is seeking a skilled Custom Applicator Sprayer Operator to join our team. As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently applying various agricultural products to crops using state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply agricultural products to crops using precision application equipment.
  • Maintain and calibrate application equipment to ensure precise and effective product application.
  • Work closely with customers to assess their needs and provide personalized recommendations for optimal results.
  • Operate and maintain application equipment, including liquid and dry application equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to increase yields for farmers and drive agricultural success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Custom Applicator preferred.
  • Knowledge of agricultural chemicals and application techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Class A CDL required or able to be obtained with company assistance.
  • Custom Applicator's License required or obtainable with support from the company.
