Wander is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our vacation rental property. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all functions of our home, from its amenities to its appliances, are set up for the ultimate guest experience. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our property. You will work closely with our home operations and logistics teams to implement solutions and suggestions from guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. Your problem-solving skills and positive attitude will be invaluable in resolving any issues that may arise. • Conduct weekly home inspections to ensure all functions of the property are in working order
• Work with the home operations and logistics teams to implement solutions and suggestions from guests
• Monitor property condition, guest damage, product quality, cost control, and service throughout
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Negotiate and maintain contractor relationships
• Ensure all aspects of the short-term vacation rental are coordinated, including concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, and utilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of property management experience
• 2+ years of home maintenance, project management, or construction experience
• Knowledge of coordinating all aspects of a short-term vacation rental
• Honest, trustworthy, problem solver, self-sufficient, respectful, positive attitude
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Proficient with communication technology (Word, Google Sheets, Breezeway, chat apps)
• Flexible schedule: weekly inspections may fall on weekend days and holidays
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a reliable vehicle

Pay: $250-350/mo + $35-55/hr based on experience

Flat monthly rate for weekly inspections + hourly labor for any repairs/maintenance or errands outside of contractual inspection guidelines.
