Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction and supervision to the production team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the production team, including monitoring production levels, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, and implement quality control measures to prevent defects and errors.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and that the production team is aware of and adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the production team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on production levels, quality control, and safety, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations management) or equivalent experience in a production or operations role.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and proper personal protective equipment will be required during certain working conditions.
