Sanitation Specialist

The Sanitation role at Hen Haven LLC is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within the processing plant, ensuring the highest quality of our products while adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company standards and regulations.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly cleaned and sanitized to prevent contamination and maintain quality.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify and address any areas of concern or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any mechanical issues or repairs.
• Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure the highest standards of our products.
• Develop and maintain a culture of safety and accountability within the team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Fluency in English; bilingualism in English and Spanish a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
