The Valet/Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by ensuring the safe and efficient handling of their luggage, vehicles, and other personal belongings. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, including luggage handling, parking, and retrieving vehicles.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and other personal belongings, ensuring they are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmission, safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver messages and packages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend local dining, entertainment, and shopping options to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Previous valet experience is a plus.
  • Excellent grooming and body language to represent the hotel brand.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Alcohol training certification (TABC) is required.
