Dental Operations Assistant Manager

PDS Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in achieving the financial performance and revenue growth strategy for our dental services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth strategy
- Support the Operations Manager in understanding and leveraging knowledge of dental services in the local market
- Provide leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Supervise front office team members and support the execution of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE)
- Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth
- Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols
- Provide feedback on specific tactics that change financial and patient outcomes
- Ensure office is following PDS standards in respect to facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Lead and participate in daily huddles and all other meetings as required
- Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand making decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework
- Subject Matter Expert in executing PDS' processes, systems, and tools, while actively contributing to their improvement
- Catalyst for the Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff are executed to gain Patients for Life
- Support Clinicians education and referrals regarding the Mouth-Body Connection
- Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies; address others professionally and respectfully
- Ensure Compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory bodies
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business
- Results Oriented (Energetic self-starter; sets realistic goals; meets commitments; persistent, prioritizes daily to achieve results)

- Ability to handle and maintain extreme confidentially team member records, Patient records, and compensation information, etc.
