About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor for Construction Management to join our team at Cascade Industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assign and train service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Support the team in the delivery, installation, and commissioning of power-operated door and gate systems, aluminum elements, swing doors, facades, fire doors, and other related products.
  • Travel nationwide, including overnight stays, to support project sites and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Document work performed to ensure proper acceptance and quality control.
Requirements
  • Vocational training, ideally with a master's degree, in a relevant field such as construction management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in installation work, with a strong background in construction management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with good organizational skills and a quick grasp of complex situations.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) to travel to project sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
