Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
  • License in good standing with the state, with no findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
