Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Kinetic Medical Group. As a Full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Milton, DE to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their rehabilitation needs.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care throughout the SNF and maintaining a strong relationship with the client facility, patients, and families. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a desire to be part of a team that functions at the highest level.
Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families, as well as preventative care. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.
Compensation:We offer an extremely competitive Annual Salary of $110,000 to $140,000, a company culture of work-life balance, and all of our providers have built-in schedule flexibility. Growth opportunities within the company are also available, including benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 K, and PTO.
Why Kinetic Medical Group:This is the dream position for the NP who loves geriatrics. You will practice autonomously to improve the health of an entire facility's population and be an integrated cornerstone for the facility's patients and staff. You will have the opportunity to lead programs to decrease hospitalizations and improve quality of life.
Kinetic Medical Group is a small, nurse practitioner-owned practice committed to providing the highest levels of patient care, customer service, and collaboration with the host facility. As part of our team, you will be enabled to grow as an independent nurse practitioner with the support of like-minded professionals.
