Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Beebe Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job SummaryThe Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnostics, and documentation. You will also promote prevention, evaluation, and risk assessment, while communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Your expertise will be essential in providing customer service, coaching, and counseling to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform diagnostics and provide accurate documentation
- Promote prevention and health education to patients and families
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
- Assess and manage risk factors to ensure patient safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide coaching and counseling to patients and families
- Ensure high-quality patient care and timely completion of tasks
- Participate in leadership and quality improvement initiatives
- Current Delaware APN or PA license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to perform CPR
- 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Pediatrics, GYN, and Family Medicine
- Graduate of a nationally certified and accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Beebe Healthcare offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- USD $96,595.20/Yr. (Entry Level)
- USD $154,544.00/Yr. (Expert Level)
