Role Overview:

The Lead Infrastructure Solutions Architect will spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced technical frameworks that align with business objectives and adhere to architectural standards. This role is pivotal in deploying intricate technical solutions through the development of templates, playbooks, and automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant across a wide spectrum of technologies and platforms to achieve specific business outcomes.
  • Design software solutions to streamline processes and contribute to the overarching technology strategy for comprehensive engineering solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, reference models, and deployment blueprints that comply with architectural standards.
  • Engage in steering committees focused on technical and infrastructure service domains.
  • Evaluate reference models and blueprints to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Mentor team members to ensure compliance with enterprise design and engineering standards.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment and address organizational challenges.
  • Lead small projects independently, providing guidance to all involved parties.
  • Interact with senior management to present findings and solicit feedback on relevant topics.
  • Contribute to the development of internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of AWS Security and compliance services, along with familiarity with Azure Security.
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements concerning key management.
  • Respond to security incidents involving cryptographic key scenarios and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of key management processes and incident responses.
  • Conduct training sessions on best practices in key management and cryptographic security.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in cryptographic engineering and architecture.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cryptographic standards such as FIPS, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Hands-on experience with security services on cloud platforms.
  • Extensive experience with key management systems.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python and Java.
  • Solid understanding of both Linux and Windows systems.
  • Experience with authentication technologies and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical challenges to diverse audiences.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure Security or AWS Security.
  • Familiarity with encryption and key management tools.
