About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction, renovation, and remodeling of branch buildings. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of contractors and consultants, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the construction/installation phase of building projects, from bidding to close-out.
  • Approve work, compile punch lists, and review pay requests and invoices.
  • Verify submission of partial and final lien waivers prior to submission.
  • Perform field inspections to determine compliance with contract documents.
  • Represent Bank interests to outside vendors and contractors on facilities projects.
  • Coordinate with facilities staff and contractors on project support.
  • Participate in developing and reviewing project specifications, bid documents, and submittals.
  • Review work in progress to evaluate quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Assist with preparing cost estimates and budgets.
  • Organize and run meetings between design professionals, construction contractors, and Bank clients as needed.
  • Provide management with regular updates and status reports.
  • Handle project close-out details and generate debrief.
  • Ensure site safety, insurance, and bonding issues are addressed.
  • Review construction change requests and change orders.
  • Negotiate pricing and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Prepare associated documentation.
  • Investigate and provide solutions on building construction issues.
  • Implement repairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
  • Two to Five years of experience in construction management preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction management, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and CAD.
  • Technical skills in building machinery/equipment.
