Position Overview:

As a Technical Application Analyst, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for customer relationship management (CRM) and proprietary inventory systems.
  • Work collaboratively with development teams to improve application features.
  • Conduct system maintenance to ensure peak performance.
  • Develop and sustain technical documentation.
  • Engage in testing processes to validate system functionality.
  • Evaluate user needs and convert them into technical requirements.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and new technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical application support and analysis.
  • Strong grasp of application architecture and database management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application platforms is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications are beneficial.

Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
