Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise tax office associates to ensure consistent execution of service standards and client service experiences.
  • Provide daily operations direction for the tax office, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and client engagement.
  • Lead daily activities to ensure all tax office associates are scheduled and work is completed according to deadlines, quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.
  • Communicate essential information to office associates through daily huddles and ensure seamless execution of tax office operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.
