Job Description

The Business Analyst in Rx Returns at Inmar Intelligence possesses the ability to understand returns data as well as the business strategies of the clients. The Business Analyst must be able to link data insights to actionable business insights and use storytelling techniques to get the message across or provide answers to business concerns or problems. The incumbent must be detailed-oriented, organized, empathetic, remain calm under pressure and be a creative problem solver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings as needed to provide analysis to Account Managers and Sales for Business Reviews.
  • Participate as a member of cross-functional teams to provide data as needed.
  • Identify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Manage and complete time-sensitive research and document findings in Salesforce and with the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SQL, Incorta, and Alteryx.
  • Knowledge of Google Looker preferred.
  • Advanced Excel Skills (Macros).
  • Proficient with SalesForce.
  • Propensity for Learning.
  • Excellent Written, Oral & Presentation Communication Skills.

Physical Demands
