Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Preparation and Execution: Prepare menu items and prepping food according to recipes to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Staff Oversight: Ensure back-of-house staff adhere to established specifications and guidelines.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Assign and complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Labor Cost Management: Collaborate with the General Manager to control labor costs and optimize profit margins.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive working environment by setting clear performance expectations and holding team members accountable.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage of food items to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Able to work weekends and holidays as business demands.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Able to stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
  • Willingsness to work over 50 hours per week when necessary.
