Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals eager to immerse themselves in our specialized operations within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • ENGRAVING CYLINDERS: Execute engraving tasks with precision, adhering to specified line resolutions and cell configurations through visual and microscopic assessments of cylinder surfaces. Ensure accurate transfer of engraving logs to the quality certification folder.
  • DATA ENTRY: Accurately input cell volume measurements for comprehensive record keeping. Maintain daily engraving logs and enter data into Excel for engraving documentation.
  • CYLINDER LOGISTICS: Assist in programming automation, managing the entry and exit of cylinders on the production line. Handle the installation and removal of adaptors for laboratory and non-standard bases.
  • FILE MANAGEMENT: Efficiently copy and transfer files from the Repro Department to the DLS system, verifying the accuracy of all data against engraving specifications.
  • ENGRAVING LOGISTICS: Conduct SAP transactions to finalize engraving orders and manage base stock movements for cylinder allocation.
  • EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Perform daily inspections of the laser, finishstar, extraction systems, chillers, and zinc dissolving tanks. Maintain a clean and organized cylinder engraving room, ensuring all plating equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Basic data entry skills.
  • A comfort level with handling chemicals.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude.
Work Schedule

Shift hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with the last shift concluding on Saturday morning.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is competitive, starting at $50 per hour based on experience, which includes a shift differential.
