Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve overall member satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
