Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will create meaningful relationships with your patients, develop autonomy and confidence in your skills, and follow carefully crafted plans of care tailored to each client's needs.

  • You'll enjoy working in a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio environment, reducing stress and allowing you to deliver exceptional care.

Salary and Compensation

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on case complexity and location. This figure may vary based on specific circumstances, but we're confident that our competitive compensation package will make you feel valued and supported.
