Sales Director for Restoration Services

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Account Executive to join our team in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will drive new business by developing and maintaining relationships with key referral sources, including insurance agents, adjusters, claims representatives, property managers, and other stakeholders in the Fairfield County area.
Job Summary:- Drive new business by identifying and targeting key referral prospects in the Stamford area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and manage sales activities to achieve KPIs and sales goals, including invoiced dollars, number of referrals, and new business partners.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $75,000 per year, with an uncapped commission structure. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
