Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute end-user marketing strategies to maximize demand and usage.
  • Create and execute resident-facing campaigns to increase registration rates and adoption.
  • Develop weekly dashboards and KPIs to track process and attachment rates for new residents.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement enhancements and processes that drive registration at communities.
  • Help drive monetization strategies to deliver recurring fee targets.
  • Work with the CIC team to ensure end-user registration strategies align with call center activities.
  • Create comprehensive feedback loops and satisfaction reporting methodologies for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the CSM and marketing teams to create and execute optimized non-integrated community registration processes and nurture programs.
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies to meet and exceed end-user KPIs.
  • Engage with end-users and property managers to identify pain points in usage and registration processes and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and report on recurring resident fees.
  • Translate reporting into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Leverage accumulated marketing and locker knowledge to assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare key sections of the monthly operations report and help develop new reports as needed.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of operations experience required.
  • Experience in the multifamily industry is a plus.
  • Experience and proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Organized working style, ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, multitask, and manage workload to meet overlapping deadlines.
  • Strong creative thinking, communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary Range: $98,000 - $147,300
