Position Overview

The role involves managing commercial projects primarily located in Florida, with a focus on West Palm Beach. Projects vary in size, ranging from $1 million to $30 million, covering sectors such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, and other commercial environments.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
  • Location: West Palm Beach
  • Vehicle: Company Car or Car Allowance
  • Working Hours: 8-hour shifts

Qualifications

  • A minimum of seven to ten years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Management training is required.
  • Possession of a Commercial Driver's License.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and performing basic mathematical functions.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and energy management.
  • Familiarity with fire alarm systems and the ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
  • Competence in operating a computer.
