Lead the Way in Early Childhood Education

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a District Leader. As a key member of our field leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our centers across your district, ensuring high-quality education and care for our children, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and empower a team of Center Directors and teaching staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout your district.
  • Nurture customer relationships and drive business decisions that prioritize the needs of children and families.
  • Lead a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success as a multi-unit leader with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on financial results and sales opportunities.
  • Leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
