Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Ensure that our food service operations meet the highest standards of quality, customer service, and safety.
  • Train and Develop Employees: Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inspect and Evaluate Operations: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our food service operations are meeting our quality and safety standards.
  • Manage Scheduling and Labor: Coordinate staffing schedules and labor objectives to ensure that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Address Misconduct and Performance Issues: Work with our management team to address any misconduct or performance issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of food service or customer service experience, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification through Always Food Safe or ServSafe National Restaurant Association required within 6 months of employment.
