Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Nurse to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a Graduate Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The Graduate Nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to adult patients on our inpatient unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
