Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a Registered Nurse - Adult Inpatient, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care.
- Organize and prioritize time based on patient condition and expected workload.
- Identify changes in patients' status and act accordingly.
- Collaborate with patient/family in care planning with all disciplines.
- Document patient response to interventions and progress toward outcomes.
- Promote a professional practice environment that supports patient safety and quality through interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Diploma Program Required or Associates Degree Required or Bachelors Degree Nursing (BSN) Preferred.
- No experience required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required.
