Job Summary

The Rental Coordinator will assist with renting equipment, dispatching drivers, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with renting equipment and coordinating with sales representatives
  • Dispatch drivers for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Manage fleet inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work with the credit department to process customer credit authorizations
  • Collaborate with the rental utility/yard technician to ensure equipment is properly checked in and out
  • Assist with special projects, asset management, and inventory control
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret business documents and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of material handling equipment
Work Environment

The Rental Coordinator will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of settings, including customer sites and the company yard.
