We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:- Assess and manage patient care needs, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Sentara CarePlex Hospital is a 224-bed, acute care hospital located in Hampton, VA. We offer a range of services, including emergency care, surgical programs, and specialized care for women and children. Our hospital is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service to our community.
Requirements:- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia or compact state.
- BSN or MSN degree preferred.
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
- Experience in women's health or perinatal care preferred.
