Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical care in accordance with AHWONN standards and CVMC nursing policies. You will coordinate assignments and facilitate staffing to promote a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care.
- Facilitate and mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
- Continuously assess unit needs to ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments, clinical and nonclinical, to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients in a timely manner.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Must have an active AZ or Compact RN License.
- Must obtain ACLS and NRP certifications within 90 days of hire.
