We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Heartland Tire Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing preventative functions such as inspections, diagnosis, and automotive repairs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and timely attitude.
- Inspect and repair automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, etc.
- Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters.
- Install and perform tire maintenance.
- Road test vehicles.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- The ability to lift, carry, and move 50-100 pounds.
- The ability to perform continued standing, bending, crouching, twisting, and crawling.
- ASE certifications or a technical school degree are preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in tire service.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18-$25 per hour wage.
