Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our team. In this role, you will act as the liaison between customers and the service department to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Cross-train in other areas to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians to assist in their growth and development.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment to promote employee well-being and customer trust.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • ASE Certifications and/or technical school degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills essential for success in this role.
