Job Summary

The Clinical Team Lead will oversee the provision of community support services, serving as the clinical leader of a team and ensuring services meet clinical quality and compliance standards. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Community Support Specialists: Provide at least one hour of face-to-face individual supervision, daily availability for consultation, and ongoing opportunity for skill development.
  • Facilitate Team Meetings: Organize regular team huddles and meetings focused on directing client care.
  • Provide Clinical Leadership: Offer guidance and direction to the CPRC team.
  • Ensure Documentation: Ensure appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records per policy.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings.
  • Client Enrollment: Ensure a warm hand-off for program orientation and quick follow-up to start services within 24 hours.
  • Screenings and Assessments: Conduct screenings and assessments for potential consumers.
  • Transportation: Assist clients with transportation as clinically indicated.
  • Staff Training: Ensure staff are trained and competent to complete essential job functions.
  • New Client Orientation: Meet with new clients as they are enrolled from Open Access and orient new CPRC clients to services.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure services provided meet clinical quality and compliance standards under the direction of the CPRC Director.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a human service-related field preferred.
  • Qualifications: Must meet one of the following to qualify:
    • Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined in 9 CSR QQ) or
    • Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR RR) or
    • Must meet the qualifications for a Community Support Specialist (IHS) as defined in 9 CSR QQ) plus an additional three (3) years of experience.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required.
