Asset Protection Specialist

As an Asset Protection Specialist at Sam's Club, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity of our assets by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting regular safety sweeps, adhering to proper forklift spotting procedures, and properly handling and disposing of hazardous materials. You will also be responsible for securing and safeguarding the facility and surrounding areas by observing and communicating suspicious activity, assisting with investigations, and maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to execute emergency response procedures as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Conduct regular safety sweeps and follow proper forklift spotting procedures
- Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials
- Secure and safeguard the Facility and surrounding areas
- Observe and communicate suspicious activity
- Assist with investigations and maintain accurate documentation
- Execute emergency response procedures as needed
