Key Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of tasks to uphold facilities at an exemplary standard for guest satisfaction.
- Engage with clients, suppliers, and team members professionally to support facility initiatives and work requests.
- Conduct thorough inspections to pinpoint necessary repairs and maintenance tasks to avert breakdowns.
- Maintain effective communication with guests and team members consistently.
- Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with business partners, reflecting the organization's values and standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and coordination to team members in maintenance disciplines.
- Assist in strategizing and scheduling preventive maintenance activities.
- Comply with safety protocols and foster a secure working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the property, adhering to established procedures.

Supervisory Duties
- Act in a supervisory role in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
- Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of team members.
- Supervise daily maintenance operations.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient maintenance operation to achieve operational objectives.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians effectively.
- Promote high standards and ensure team members understand expected behaviors.
- Identify areas for team development to enhance adaptability and responsiveness.
- Organize training sessions on facility maintenance and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Performance Expectations
- Exhibit excellent work habits and professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
- Support safety initiatives and comply with safety regulations.
- Provide constructive feedback to management and engage in open communication regarding operations.
- Represent the department and organization professionally at all times.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience in maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to make timely decisions and work independently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
- Required to obtain and maintain a valid Tribal Gaming Commission license.
- Must pass drug and alcohol testing.
