Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at South Georgia ENT practice. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our Audiologists and ENT physicians, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient audiometric testing, fitting, adjustment, repair, and maintenance of equipment
  • Perform basic comprehensive audio exams and maintain accurate medical record documentation
  • Provide support for ENT physicians and mid-levels, as required
  • Complete equipment maintenance and calibration checks, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Assist patients with hearing aid cleaning and check, as well as maintain inventory and device repairs
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, and assist with administrative duties
