Job Summary

The Breakfast Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast meals to our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast foods, including eggs, meats, and pancakes
  • Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
  • Work collaboratively with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of food preparation experience preferred
  • Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
