Homecare Nurse Specialist

As a Homecare Licensed Vocational Nurse with MGA Homecare, you will have the opportunity to provide holistic care to patients in their homes, while educating family members on best care practices. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about helping others and want to make a true difference in their community.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies to patients in their homes.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
- Educate patients and family members regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Requirements
- Active Nursing License in good standing.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
- Home health experience (preferred).
